Ashe Facility Services Inc., a HUB Zone, small business concern, has over 18 years of successful facilities maintenance service with a strong emphasis on grounds maintenance experience and superior service. Steve and Bobby Ashe, Ashe's President and Vice President respectively, have a previous history with their family business B.D. Ashe Inc., combining over forty two years of experience specifically on government contracts performing facilities maintenance.

Meet our corporate officers: 

President: Stephen D. Ashe
- Mr. Stephen D. Ashe has over 20 years experience in practicing all types of tasks associated with the performance and management of service contracts. He has participated in the management and operations of 12 Government Contracts over the past 20 years, 14 of which were in the capacity of President of his own Facilities Maintenance Service Company. Duties have included operating and maintaining all equipment related to this type of work as well as having supervision, quality assurance, safety and hands-on experience in all areas of Grounds Maintenance and Site Work. Since the forming of his own company, management duties have included supervision of administrative and overhead operations, policy making, laying out and dispersing work, running crews, conducting quality assurance, keeping time and job estimating for RFQ's on other Government installations.

Vice President: Bobby D. Ashe - Mr. Bobby D. Ashe, has over 24 years experience practicing all types of Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping services with Ashe Facility Services, Inc. and a family GMS business. Mr. Ashe is an ISA, certified Arborist, and holds herbicide applicator certifications in Virginia and Florida. He serves on the Board of Directors of the York County Chamber of Commerce, is chairman of the business education committee as well as having served as the chairman for several fund raising events for the chamber and York County school system. Mr. Ashe has participated in the management and operations of 12 Government GMS contracts over the past 20 years, 14 of which were in the capacity Vice President of this company. He has taken part in the management and operations of 14 Government GMS over the past 24 years. Mr. Ashe has extensive hands on experience in all phases of GMS and service contract management, as well as serving in the capacity of Construction Superintendent. These duties included but were not limited to, estimating materials, coordinating sub-contractors, tracking costs and supervising and participating in all phases of construction. Specific GMS duties have been cost estimating for Government RFQ's, writing technical proposals, employee training, laying out and dispersing work, working crews and hands on experience in all areas of work performed by this company.
